Starting your spring mornings with the spring equinox tea is a gratifying ritual to add to your days. Reminiscent of light and grassy green tea with a tang of lemon added. This tea blend is sure to replenish the body with its nourishing minerals and soothing plants.
This herbal tea blend will provide the most potency if infused. To make an infusion: use 4-6 tablespoons of plant material into a glass quart jar. Pour boiling water over the herbs to fill the jar. Let it steep for at least 30-45 minutes, but overnight is ideal. Strain and drink often!
